These Terms of Use (“TOU”) apply to users (“User”, “Client”, “You”) accessing or using the services provided by Hrivit Fintech (“we”, “us”, “our”), the official Direct Selling Agent (DSA) partner of Andromeda Sales and Distribution Private Limited (“Andromeda Loans”) through any associated platform, including websites and mobile applications operated by Andromeda or us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using any service or platform operated by Hrivit Fintech or in partnership with Andromeda Loans, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
2. Definitions
- Hrivit Fintech: Authorized DSA partner of Andromeda Loans, facilitating financial product distribution including loans and credit-related services.
- Andromeda Loans: Refers to Andromeda Sales and Distribution Pvt. Ltd., the financial institution providing the core financial services/products.
- Services: Includes offering and assisting in the application of financial products such as personal loans, home loans, credit cards, and business loans.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and any personal information accessed through the platform.
4. Data Use and Privacy
By using our services, you authorize Hrivit Fintech and Andromeda Loans to:
- Contact you via email, SMS, or phone regarding selected services.
- Share your information with affiliate partners solely to provide requested services.
- Retain your information as long as necessary to comply with legal and service obligations.

5. Use of Services
Users shall not:
- Misrepresent their identity or submit fraudulent documents.
- Use the platform for unauthorized marketing or data collection.
- Violate any applicable law or breach these TOU.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, design, logos, graphics, and software, remains the intellectual property of Hrivit Fintech, Andromeda Loans, or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, or distribute this content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hrivit Fintech shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage incurred through use of services offered by third parties (lenders, banks).
- Inaccuracies or errors in data provided by users.
- Service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.
8. Third-Party Offers
Any products, services, or offers listed are provided by third-party financial institutions. Users must independently verify terms, and Hrivit Fintech disclaims any liability related to third-party interactions.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from the use of the services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
10. Amendment of TOU
Hrivit Fintech reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
